A Summary of the Failure and Monitoring Technology of Heat Exchanger
摘要
Abstract
Heat exchanger ,which is widely used in petrochemical engineering ,power ,steel and other industries ,is a very important kind of heat transfer equipment .This paper introduces the application background of heat exchanger ,and gives examples to illustrate some problems existing in the production in petrochemical industry .Directed at these problems ,the main methods of monitoring technology both at home and abroad have been summarized .Meanwhile ,the authors briefly describe the characteristics of the system used to monitor the large scale circulating water heat exchanger online with a nondestructive mixed -type testing technology of heat exchanger which is based on sound vi-bration sensor .关键词
