基层眼科小梁切除术405例并发症分析OACSTPCD
Analysis the complications after trabeculectomy in 405 cases in department of ophthalmology
目的：分析并总结青光眼行小梁切除术在基层医院眼科开展的效果。<br> 方法：对青光眼患者316例405眼行小梁切除术,对术后的眼压、滤过泡及并发症进行回顾性分析。<br> 结果：术后随访12mo,其中76.5%眼压控制正常；滤过泡Ⅰ型42.5%,Ⅱ型33.1%,Ⅲ型14.6%,Ⅳ型9.9%；术中并发症发生率2.5%,术后早期(出院前)并发症发生率31.4%,术后远期(出院6mo后)并发症发生率6.7%。<br&g…查看全部>>
