Abstract
The optimization theory of teaching process, propounded by the former Soviet Union educator Babansky, is a special reference for the vocational colleges nowadays. To strengthen the management of students training process, the vocational colleges need to distinguish the training process management from regular teaching process management, optimize the design of training process, and adopt practical countermeasures.关键词
