农民参加用水协会意愿的影响因素实证分析
An empirical analysis of factors influencing farmers’ willingness to join water users association
摘要
Abstract
In view of the farmers’reluctance to join the water users association,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey in Jiangxi Province and categorizes the main influencing factors to micro level,macro level and the surrounding environment,which are then analyzed with cost-benefit theory in economics and logistic model from both theoretical and empirical aspects. The results show that the factors such as educa-tion,social capital,government policy,running time,size and management of the water users association and the frequency of floods and droughts have positive impact on farmers’willingness,while others like the number of siblings and regional irrigation and water conservancy facilities have negative impacts. The age of householder,the farm scale and regional economy seem to be irrelevant. Finally,the paper gives some suggestions on the policy making according to the theoretical analysis.关键词
