摘要
Abstract
The upper reaches of main rivers in China invariably find their source in the southwest areas. However,this area is currently suffering from serious water eco-safety problems such as frequent floods and droughts,secondary geological disasters,as well as water pollution. Against this backdrop,this paper takes the climate and soil in the area into consideration and analyzes the causes of the reduced hydrologi-cal process in red-soil slope. The result points out that the eco-hydrological degredation poses a threat to the eco-safety in this area and its lower reaches,making it a key problem for the water strategy in South-west China. Finally,some suggestions concerning this issue are also provided in the paper.关键词
