中药臭梧桐的化学成分研究
A study on chemical constituents of Clerodendrum trichotomum
摘要
Abstract
In an attempt to explore the material basis of anti-inflammatory efficacy of Clerodendrum tri-chotomum Thunb,the chemical constituents of C. trichotomum were isolated and purified by column chro-matography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,as well as recrystallization method. Their structures were i-dentified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data analyses. Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol,β-daucosterol,apione,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide buthyl ester,aurantiamide acetate,acteoside,martynoside,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,corchorifalty acid E,monop-almitin,n-decanol. Compounds aurantiamide acetate and corchorifalty acid E are isolated from the Verben-aceae family for the first time,and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural is isolated from the Clerodendrum genus for the first time.关键词
