On Marxist Views of Human Rights
摘要
Abstract
Human rights are the long-term thinking and legal issues, Different class and countries hold different views on human rights based on their special interests, social system, historical and cultural tradition, ideology, religious beliefs.The western capitalist thinkers mostly think that human rights are the natural rights and endowed rights from the natural law and human nature and human rights, with the features of being universal, eternal, and cross-class in order to cover up economic and social roots and class nature of the capitalist human right.Based on the basic principle of historical materialism and criticizing the capitalist view of human rights, Marxism analyzes the economic and social causes and the class nature of human rights, arguing that human rights are the organic unity of universality and particularity, the social and class nature, development and history, individual and collective human rights.关键词
