摘要
Abstract
Scientific and rational black-start plans are important to the fast restoration of the power system after large-area blackouts. A new scheme evaluation model for black-start based on grey relation projection method is proposed. The subjective weights are deter-mined by the analytic hierarchy process and the objective weights are determined by entropy method, then the comprehensive weights of the objects’ indices can be obtained based on the addition principle. Combining with grey system theory and the vector projection principle, the priority membership of the evaluation objects is calculated, then the optimization of black-start scheme is achieved. Ac-tual application to the power system proved that the proposed method could provide dispatchers with scientific and rational decision-making references.关键词
