摘要

Abstract

Based on the wind power features, the development of US renewable energy is introduced. By analyzing the characteristics of renewable energy, the current planning issues in power generation, transmission and distribution, and relevant standards are given. The operation issues concerning integrating renewable energy into power grid are also analyzed. The measures and achievements of the United State in developing renewable energy are summarized. It is considered that several issues should be attended to for China during her developing renewable energy, such as improvement of renewable energy usage, power forecast, and voltage stability, et al.
