广东省256名老年相关科室护士营养知识态度行为现状调查分析
Nutrition Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Geriatric Nurses

Abstract
Objective To know nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of geriatric nurses and to know the screening of nutrition risk of hospitalized elderly patients and to provide reference for further education of geriatric nutrition. Methods With cluster sampling, an investigation on KAP of geriatric nutrition was conducted among 256 geriatric nurses. Results The scores of KAP were 13.900±3.572, 48.800±6.935 and 5.620±1.622 respectively and nutrition knowledge was positively related with nutrition attitude (r=0.369, P<0.001) and nutrition practice (r=0.248, P<0.001) and nutrition attitude was positively related with nutrition practice (r=0.344,P<0.001). Nurses with systematic nutrition training scored highly in the investigation, which indicated statistical significance (P<0.05) and the awareness rate of nutritional risk screening tools was only 17.6%. Conclusion Geriatric nurses lack adequate nutrition knowledge. With good nutrition attitude and strong willingness to learn, nurses are in urgent need for systematic and targeted geriatric nutrition education.关键词
