摘要
Abstract
This paper introduced the nursing informatization management in Taipei Veterans General Hospital including competition ladder system of nursing staff, evaluation of clinical guidance competence of nursing teachers, sharing of abundant nosocomial nursing resource, computer-based execution of medical orders and checking of medication pictures. Given the nursing management in mainland, nursing information data can be establish for resource sharing, improve the efficiency and accuracy of medical order checking and display various medicine pictures with computer, and develop a management system of nursing staff, which are beneficial to improving nursing manager’s working efficiency.关键词
