Turnover Intention of Outpatient Nurses in Class III Grade I Hospitals and Its influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship among internal service quality, job satisfaction and turnover intention of outpatient nurses in class III grade I hospitals. Methods A survey was conducted in 355 new nurses through Survey of Internal Servqual Inventory, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire and Turnover Intention Questionnaire. Results Influence factors of turnover intention included age, work of length, professional title, internal service quality and job satisfaction (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the prediction coefficient of professional title, internal service quality and job satisfaction to turnover intention were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Professional title, internal service quality and job satisfaction are significant influence factors of turnover intention.关键词
