Impact of Abusive Supervision of Head Nurses on Tacit Knowledge Sharing

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of abusive supervision of head nurses on tacit knowledge sharing. Methods From April to June in 2013, with a cross-sectional survey among 284 nurses, the Abusive Supervision scale and Knowledge Sharing Scale were used to collect data and develop a structural equation model to test the relationship between abusive supervision and tacit knowledge sharing. Results The mean score of abusive supervision was 2.350±1.497, and that of tacit knowledge sharing 5.466±1.188. There was a significant correlation between psychological capital and tacit knowledge sharing (β=-0.20, P<0.01). Conclusion Head nurses employ abuse supervision in nursing practice, and abusive supervision has a negative impact on tacit knowledge sharing behaviors of nurses.关键词
