基层医院临床护士自主学习能力的调查分析
Self-learning Ability of Clinical Nurses in Primary Hospitals
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of clinical nurses ’ self-learning ability in primary hospitals and to provide theoretical basis and reference for further medical education. Methods Totally 345 clinical nurses in three county hospitals were surveyed by Nurse Self-learning Ability Rating Scale. Results The total score of self-learning ability score of clinical nurses was 121.40±18.42 and the scores of nurses with different education background, professional title, position, and attitude toward nursing, from different departments, participation in research and learning or not, different frequency of participation in further education showed statistical significance (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Self-learning ability of clinical nurses in primary hospitals are influenced by many factors and needs to be improved. Targeted measures needs to be taken to improve nurses ’ self-learning ability.关键词
