274名晚期癌症患者家庭照顾者生活质量及其影响因素分析
Quality of Life of Family Caregivers of Patients with Advanced Cancer and lts lnfluencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the quality of life (QOL) of family caregivers of advanced cancer patients and analyzed its influencing factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire of demographic information, and the WHOQOL-BREF was used to investigate 274 family caregivers of advanced cancer patients. Results The scores of physiological and psychological subscales of family caregivers of advanced cancer patients was lower when compared with that in national norms (P<0.01). Family income, total time of care, the gender of caregiver and with hobbies or not were influencing factors of QOL. Conclusion The QOL of the family caregivers is worse than that of common person, as a result, medical staff should pay attention to caregivers ’ needs, provide them some reasonable advice and encourage them to develop hobbies in order to improve their QOL.关键词
