Effect of Nursing Talents Cultivation Mode of Integrating Hospital with School and Teaching with Practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing talents cultivation mode of integrating hospital with school and teaching with practice. Methods The mode of integrating hospital with school and teaching with practice was applied in the cultivation of nursing undergraduates in grade 2009, 2010 and 2011. Results There was improvement in the cultivation of nursing undergraduates and their competency was enhanced. Conclusion It is effective for promoting teaching effect, improving students ’ comprehensive quality with the mode of integrating hospital with school and teaching with practice.关键词
