Effect of Auricular Plaster Therapy on Insomnia Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular plaster therapy on insomnia patients with breast cancer. Methods Ninety hospitalized insomnia patients with breast cancer in general surgery from June 2011 to May 2014 were divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). Patients in control group received conventional treatment and nursing and those in observation group received auricular plaster therapy besides conventional treatment and nursing. The clinical efficiency of each group after treatment was compared. Results Insomnia of patients in observation group was improved greatly when compared that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy is effective for improving the sleep quality of the breast cancer patients with insomnia.关键词
