核心能力教学模式在老年专科护士高级护理实践能力培养中的应用
Effect of Core Competence-oriented Teaching Mode on Improvement of Advanced Nursing Practice Ability for Geriatric Nurse Specialist

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of core competence-oriented teaching mode on the improvement of advanced nursing practice ability for geriatric nurse specialist. Methods After the content of advanced nursing practice ability for geriatric nurse specialist was defined in the reference of nurses’ advanced core competence proposed by AACN (The American Association of Colleges of Nursing) and advanced nursing practice by Hamric, 49 nurses were involved into the training based on the core competence-oriented teaching mode. Self-scoring and peer-scoring were applied to evaluate the training effect and nurses’ satisfaction with the training. Results The total score of advanced nursing practice ability was 89.18±15.73 and 113.78±22.22 respectively, which indicated statistical significance (t=7.10, P<0.01). In terms of peer assessment, the score of nursing case was 70.29±3.78 and that of group plan 73.46±2.60. All the trainees completed the course and practice and obtained the certificate. Totally 95.7%of the trainees were satisfied with the training and regarded the course was scientific and practical, which benefited their development as nurse specialists. Conclusion Scientific and meticulous nursing is in urgent need nowadays. Taking core competence-based teaching mode as training framework and advanced nursing practice ability as objective, the training mode of advanced nursing practice ability for geriatric nurse specialist is effective and provides a reference for future on-the-job training for nurse specialists.关键词
