摘要
Abstract
Objective To find out difficulties and problems in reimbursement for hospitalization expense of patients in new rural cooperative medical system (NCMS) and propose its countermeasures then to improve health education for farmer patients and improve their satisfaction. Methods A review was conducted for 23, 213 farmer patients of year 2012 in NCMS and the difficulties and problems in their reimbursement for hospitalization expense were founded out. Results Difficulties and problems in reimbursement included simple and outdated health education materials, inadequate clinical consultation for patients, insufficient cognition of farmer patients and no management system in hospital. Consequently, countermeasures involved establishing a service station of NCMS and management system in the hospital and providing rich health education materials for farmer patients. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to health education of NCMS and more countermeasures should be proposed to help patients in NCMS complete their imbursement.关键词
