国际适用型本科护理人才培养目标体系的构建
Construction of Training System for InternationaI-oriented Nursing TaIents

Abstract
Objective To construct a training system for international-oriented nursing talents and to provide reference for international nursing education. Methods The preliminary index of training system had been established after literature review and group discussion. With Delphi method, 18 nursing education specialists were investigated for two times. ResuIts In the two rounds of expert consultations, experts ’ positive coefficients were 78% and 94%, respectively. The authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.891 and 0.893 respectively and Kendall’s W coefficients 0.31 and 0.33 respectively. The training system included three first-level dimensions (Professional value and attitude, professional basic skills, professional core competencies), 13 second-level indicators and 73 third-level items. The general goals emphasized the abilities of cross-cultural nursing, the humanistic quality and innovation ability as well as applicable ability of multiple roles from professional value and attitude, professional basic skills, professional core competencies. ConcIusion The training system for international-oriented nursing talents proves to be scientific and applicable and it offers reference for international nursing education.关键词
