护理本科生科研能力培养模式及应用效果的行动研究
Action Research of Scientific Research Ability Cultivation in Nursing Undergraduates

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of action research on scientific research ability cultivation of nursing undergraduates. Methods Under the guidance of action research method, scientific research ability training pattern for nursing undergraduate was developed. Junior nursing students interested in the research participated in the cultivating activities voluntarily and they were divided into experiment group and control group. Students in experiment group participated in training activities in addition to normal courses while those in control group only had normal courses. The Nursing Scientific Research Ability Evaluation Scale was used to compare the research ability of two groups at the end of the sixth semester. Results The results showed that students in experiment group had higher score than those in control group, which indicated significant differences and more students regarded scientific research played a critical role in their future (P<0.05). Conclusion Action research benefits the scientific research ability cultivation of nursing undergraduates, which is useful to improve the interest and scientific research ability of nursing students.关键词
