降低食管癌根治手术患者全麻苏醒期导管脱出率的品管圈实践

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of quality control circle (QCC) on reducing incidence of catheter pulling-off during recovery period among patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery. Methods After the establishment of QCC team, the causes of catheter pulling-off during recovery period among patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery was observed and analyzed, and then the countermeasures were drew up and implemented. Results The incidence of catheter pulling-off during recovery period decreased from 2.3%before the activity to 0.4%after activity (P<0.05). Conclusion QCC activity can reduce the incidence of catheter pulling-off during recovery period among patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery.关键词
