经皮骨穿针针道感染的发生状况及其影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To describe the incidence of pin site infection and analyze the risk factors. Methods We sampled 100 patients with pin sites from Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 2012, and collected the time of postoperative pin site infection, and infection grading. Results Among 100 patients, 34 patients demonstrated pin site infection with the incidence of 34.0%, and 28 patients had mild pin site infection (82.4%) but 6 patients had severe pin site infection (17.6%). Most infection occurred in one to two weeks after operation. Loose pin sites, open injuries and external fixation were the risk factors of pin site infection ( P<0.05). The longer retention time of pin site, the higher infection rate (P<0.05). Conclusion We should pay more attention to the stability and keep clean and dry of the pin sites especially for the patients with open injuries and external fixation.关键词
