向家坝库区影响下的县域城镇空间重构与城镇化策略研究*--以宜宾市屏山县为例（上）

Abstract
Taking Pingshan County as a micro-analytic object, this paper discusses town spatial reconstitution of Country and the development strategy of urbanlization under the construction of Xiangjiaba Reservoir Area. The reservoir resettlement and town relocation play a key role in socio-economic conditions, town development and traffic construction, which results a major changes of development elements in Pingshan County. On the premise of analysis about County's town development strategy, regional development situation, town development condition and natural resources, combining the analysis of dynamic mechanism of Urbanization, The paper puts forward “Four strategic of urbanization development"(Ubalanced development strategy, Towns and parks integration strategy, Ecological leisure oriented strategy, Regional cooperation oriented strategy) and “Three differentiated urbanization strategy” (Centralized urbanization, Decentralized urbanization and Relocating urbanization) in a new period of Pingshan country. Those strategy and urbanization mode wil contribute to shape the geographical characteristics of urbanization and speed up the development urbanization process.关键词
