广州海珠生态城低碳交通规划实践
Low-carbon Transportation Planning of Guangzhou Haizhu Eco City
摘要
Abstract
As the resources and environmental issues have become increasingly severe, low-carbon transportation is the only path for urban transformation and sustainable development in China. This paper discusses the examples of low-carbon transportation planning at home and abroad, purposes the system framework and key strategies of low-carbon transportation planning. Taking Guangzhou Haizhu Eco City as an example, this paper probes into specific paths and measures of low-carbon transportation planning, including integrating urban traffic and land use planning guiding by TOD mode, constructing road system based on the concept of prioritized"transit+ pedestrian+ bicycle", constructing public transit system taking rail transit as the core, constructing high-quality pedestrian and bicycle system, etc.关键词
