Abstract
aBsTRacT Guangya Academy (or The Viceroy' s Col ege) was founded by Zhang Zhidong, the Viceroy of Guangdong and Guangxi provinces. It was an outstanding representative of the Chinese ancient Academy with grand scale. In the design and building of Guangya Academy, Zhang Zhidong careful y considered its location, layout and gardening, to create the natural pattern of a traditional Chinese col ege. It also realized the meaning of lyrical emotionalism.关键词
