Abstract
aBsTRacT Based on urban greenhouse gas inventories, this paper analyzes the constitution of Guangzhou's greenhouse gas, with references to typical international cities. Taking Haizhu eco-city as an example, this paper addresses five major fields of carbon emission in Guangzhou, including industry, energy supply, transportation, construction and waste treatment. From urban planning perspectives, it further explores a low carbon strategy focusing on carbon sink, industrial transformation, low carbon space reconstruction, traffic organization, green utility, and green building.关键词
