Research on Incentive Mechanism of Knowledge-based Colleges and Universities Administrative Personnel
摘要
Abstract
With the development of social economy , the administrative personnel in modern university are mainly made up of the highly educated staff .The staff has its own characteristics , and makes the management faced with new challenges .Based on the daily work of administrative personnel in the university , we analyze deeply the characteristics and requirements of knowledge-based adminis-trative personnel , and investigate the incentive mechanism of the educated administrative personnel in the university , to improve the quality of administrative work in the university .关键词
