On the Absence and Construction of Chinese Utterance Right in the Context of Global English
摘要
Abstract
As is known to all, utterance right is affected by many factors, such as economy, politics, culture, population and languages, which is critical to the safety and security of a nation. Thus, the condition of Chinese language’s“ a large nation with little utterance right” has become a disturbance for most Chinese people. In this paper, the forms of utterance right loss such as the academ-ic utterance right, the network utterance right, the native language education right, have been discussed in the context of global English with the expectation that Chinese culture will be well understood , appreciated and spread all over the world through the various ways of constructing Chinese utterance right.关键词
