摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand mycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity,providing the latest epidemiological data and medication guide for clinic. Method Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity samples of 1464 cases were ana-lyzed using the Zhuhai Lizhu reagent. Results The positive rate was 49. 6% and Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) infection rate was 90. 91% in Mycoplasma infection patients. The infection patient age distribution was from 21 to 40 yeas old. The detection rate in female(54. 6%) was significantly higher than that in male(37. 14%). The results of susceptibility test showed that the sensitivity to Minocycline and Deoxycycline were greater than 95% while to achromycin and erythromycin under 50% and to ciprofloxacin was only 1. 65%. Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum was the main Mycoplasma infec-tion. The detection rate in female was higher than that in male and the infection Mycoplasma had high and muilty drug re-sistant. The therapy of mycoplasma infection should be according to the results of susceptibility test.关键词
