石墨烯及其衍生物在小鼠体内的分布与毒性效应
Biodistribution and toxicity of graphene and functionalized graphene in rats
摘要
Abstract
Graphene,first isolated in 2004,has attracted the attention of scientists all over the world due to its exceptionally high crystal and electronic quality.Undoubtedly,the application potential of graphene and functionalized graphene is bound to be continuously explored.If even a small fraction of its potential applications are realized,it will inevitably enter the environment system in increasing amounts.This article briefly describes the chemical properties,characterization methods and potential application of graphene.The main goal of this article is to review the recent studies on the biodistribution and toxicity of graphene and functionalized graphene in rats.And the potential risks of graphene and functionalized graphene to environmental organisms are also introduced.This article provides basic information about the ecological and healthy risks of graphene and functionalized graphene.We here also recommend the future research directions on the medical application of graphene.关键词
