摘要
Abstract
Collusion between government staff and residents in cheating for land relocation compensation in the national land requisition and demolition is now in question of a collaborative crime nature. The essence of collab-orative crime is ″joint behavior″ instead of ″joint crime ″. In this sense, person with authority and without may ap-ply to different charges. While according to the Item 3, Article 382 of the PRC Criminal Law and its related judi-cial interpretation, government staff and residents cheating for land relocation compensation in collusion and cor-ruption shall be charged for joint crime of corruption.关键词
