Reflection on Cross-region Environmental Management:Comments on Article 22 of Amendment of Environmental Protection Law
摘要
Abstract
The latest revision of China′s Amendment of Environmental Protection Law has established a mechanism of coordination under the guidance of central government which conforms to China′s reality, but still leaving room for improvement. Cross-region environment management is complicated and there is no single once-and-for-all cure. It requires adaption to the management system according to specific conditions. A successful management usually comes from an adaptable, self-organization process. An urgent problem to be solved at pres-ent in China′s is to set up the premise to cooperation mechanism-supervision of law enforcement.关键词
