Investigation in Environmental Judicial Functions of Amendment of Environmental Protection Law
摘要
Abstract
China′s Amendment of Environmental Protection Law laid foundation for some environmental judicial notions, such as judicial specialization, judicial equilibrium, preventative judiciary and priority of judgment. Regulatory items in the Amendment of Environmental Protection Law, many of which constitute the supporting system and reasonable expectation for environmental judiciary, provide proper legal foundation for its judicial en-forcement. From the practical perspective of the law, it is an important task to establish a linkage beyond the A-mendment of Environmental Protection Law between environmental administration and environmental judiciary, which may be an approach to the specialization of environmental law.关键词
