Reduction of Pollution:An Approach to Climate Governance and Disaster Recovery
摘要
Abstract
Various environmental disasters facing the world today are related to inverse ecology climate, which are rooted in continuous high carbon emission and comprehensive pollution. Therefore,emission and pollution re￣duction constitutes a double way to climate governance and disaster recovery. There are four basic strategies of e￣mission reduction, namely the establishment of two￣dimensional prediction benchmark of international and na￣tional population,the construction of WTO emission reduction operation mechanism,the international legal sys￣tem and international￣national carbon tax system,the establishment of carbon emission trading system and trading market . There are two approaches to pollution reduction:one is to restore the earth self￣purifying;the other is to improve human remediation in both industrial production and human life.关键词
