可追溯食品供应链成员信息共享问题的演化博弈分析∗
Analysisof Food Supply Chain Traceability Based on Evolutionary Game
摘要
Abstract
Base on the evolutionary game theory, this paper probes into traceability of food supply chain with a perspective of food safety information sharing within a two-echelon supply chain system consists of food raw mate-rial suppliers and food processing companies, the related factors that affect chain are discussed and analyzed nu-merically. Accordingly, it provides effective guidance for the establishment of traceable food system. Factors af-fecting the construction of the chain include the establishment cost of food traceability system, the proportion of the cost shared by the two parties, the allocation of additional income. Thus, it will be effective to increase the additional returns obtained by the members of food supply chain, to reduce the construction cost of food supply chain, and to reduce the cost of raw material suppliers, Moreover, when both parties choose similar proportion of information sharing, the supply chain system will accelerate its convergence to the stable point.关键词
