The Future of Copyright:A Research Based on the Internet Times
摘要
Abstract
The development of modern communication technology, while expanding the scope of copyright pro-tection, also changes the supervision and measurement of copyright. Traditional copyright system is especially threatened by the Internet and digital publishing. This paper probes into how to encourage and protect knowledge creation in this context. From the perspective of business model, this is only an adjustment of the charge mode. In the new environment, knowledge creators will have new ways to obtain more income. From this point of view, the change of the copyright system and the discovery of the new ways of encouraging creation may be more realis-tic than the loopholes of the existing regulations.关键词
