红枣热风干燥特性的试验研究
The Experimental Study of Red Hot Air Drying Characteristics

Abstract
For red hot air drying equipment and drying process provide theoretical basis for the control and prediction , Red jujube in electrothermal blowing hot air drying test , to analyze its in different hot blast temperature , initial moisture content and loading capacity under the condition of drying characteristic curve and sensory quality analysis .Experiment showed that the red jujube the whole drying process is only one speed down stage , the early stage of drying speed down rapidly and at the end of slow down slowly .Temperature on the drying rate and sensory quality of jujube , load times.The initial moisture content only have an effect on the drying rate .关键词
