基于总线技术和 GPRS 的温室环境远程监控系统设计
Design of Remote Environmental Monitoring and Controlling System Based on CCLink and GPRS
摘要
Abstract
A design scheme of the remote control system based on CC-Link network system and GPRS for greenhouse is presented in the paper .The GPRS and the CC-Link field bus were used to achieve the communication between the remote monitoring center and field main controller , and the communication between the field controller and the controllers .The greenhouse environment factor such as temperature ,humidity,wind speed, CO2 parameters were remote controlled.The reasonable parameters were set by HMI or the remote control computer .The setting value is compared with the real value . The operation results are used to control actuator remote device .The air convection in greenhouse is realized , the regula-tion of various parameters is balanced .GPRS wireless network was utilized to carry on data transmission .The result showed that this system is suitable for remote monitoring of greenhouse environment , the system has the advantages of simple structure , high reliability , convenient maintenance .关键词
