棉瓣热风干燥单因素影响特性的试验研究
Single Factor Influence Research on Hot-air Drying Characteristics of Cotton Flap

Abstract
In view of the recycling and utilizing current situation of frosted bolls , deadlocked cotton , using a vertical hot-air dryer equipment for selected cotton flap samples is adopted to carry out 9 different sets of wind speed , air tempera-ture single factor tests under dry and analyze hot-air drying characteristics of cotton flap .The results showed that wind temperature, wind speed has a significant impact on the drying time and that it can get the best drying results by controlling air temperature , wind speed parameters reasonably .Under the experimental conditions , the best drying results come with the wind velocity 5.0m /s, the temperature 100℃.关键词
