基于 PLC 技术的轧花自动控制系统的设计与研究
Design and Research of the Ginning Automatic Control System Based on PLC Technology

Abstract
According to the Xinjiang local ginning automatic control mode is simple and ginning effect is poor , a kind of automatic control model of according seed cotton moisture regain and winding density to control the speed of cotton gin -ning machine is designed by utilizing miniature Siemens PLC control technology and the main control method at home and abroad .The design of the whole PLC system is accomplished .A small cotton ginning prototype is manufactured by combi-ning design ideas .The results of ginning test shows that the change speed of the cotton gin is uniform in that set of mois -ture regain from 650r/min to 1140r/min.Multi speed control is realized.Compared with the frequency of transducer , the operation of the system is stable and reliable; The feedback of variation of seed cotton winding density can be get through the motor current , the further modification to speed is realized .关键词
