Air-suction Tillage Seeder Vibration Testing and Analysis of Arable Land under Corn Stock Job
摘要
Abstract
To study out in the corn stubble tillage planter to the job when the impact of vibration on seed metering device characteristics , we use six-channel pulse LAN-XI vibration test systems and acceleration sensors were tested in no-till corn planter different tillage vibration's job status row planted speeds , and its frequency domain analysis , frequency spec-trum of vibration signal .The results showed that:In no-till planter job status , seeder vibration frequency is mainly con-centrated in the 0 ~10Hz and 40 ~55Hz, with increasing speed, the main frequency of vibration increased at a speed of 3 .6 km/h of the main frequency of vibration is the smallest , and is suitable planter suitable speed .关键词
