摘要

Abstract

To study out in the corn stubble tillage planter to the job when the impact of vibration on seed metering device characteristics , we use six-channel pulse LAN-XI vibration test systems and acceleration sensors were tested in no-till corn planter different tillage vibration's job status row planted speeds , and its frequency domain analysis , frequency spec-trum of vibration signal .The results showed that:In no-till planter job status , seeder vibration frequency is mainly con-centrated in the 0 ~10Hz and 40 ~55Hz, with increasing speed, the main frequency of vibration increased at a speed of 3 .6 km/h of the main frequency of vibration is the smallest , and is suitable planter suitable speed .
