摘要

Abstract

Agricultural machinery cooperation which receives policies guidance has played an increasing important role in the process of agricultural modernization in China.Analyzing related policies which have studied less in the academic cir-cle is not only helpful for understanding the development history and direction of agricultural machinery cooperation and policy directions,but also for improving policies.Therefore,contents of the policies and their evolution characteristics are analyzed and outlooks for polices are put forward by reviewing the No .1 circulars of the party central committee during 2004-2014 about the related policies on agricultural machinery cooperation.Some conclusions are arrived at:firstly, there were increasing polices on agricultural mechanization and farmer cooperation but less polices on agricultural machin-ery cooperation during 2004-2014;secondly,subsidies for agricultural machinery and tools are constant policies and other polices on agricultural mechanization become more plentiful and creative;thirdly,policies on standardizing and supporting the development of farmer cooperation become more and supporting diversified business of farmer cooperation;lastly, fu-ture policies on agricultural machinery cooperation will become more and operational.
