摘要

Abstract

Multifunctional water-saving membrane seeder is one of the seeding machines which is used for seeding peanut and ditching ditches, ridging, fertilizing, seeding, covering soil, spraying and mulching.Based on the seeding device the design has solved some problems which the cylindrical sealers can't transport enough soil and the distance between seed and fertilizers is difficult to be adjusted, with structures such as opener, film device and cylindrical sealers have been optimized.Using PROE to make a seeder model, with some parts parameterized.Then make a dynamic simulation for the seeder.The results show that, the machine has a compact structure, perfect function, which can complete the ditching, seeding, mulching film, covering soil, drip irrigation pipe laying, spraying and other integrated joint operation.
