气吸免耕播种机排种器振动测试分析
Test and Analysis of Vibration of Air-suction No-tillage Planter
摘要
Abstract
To clear seeding performance of no tillage planter,this paper pulse LAN-XI vibration test system is adopt, the vibration characteristics of 2 BM-5 type of suction and no tillage planter in the stubble land of naked oats state discharge device were tested, time domain and frequency domain analysis of vibration signals are obtained by Matlab process.Test results show that in the no tillage planter state, with increasing of velocity, vibration frequency corresponding maximum amplitude increased; the metering device vibration frequency is mainly concentrated in the 0-10 Hz and 40-60 Hz; so-wing in the stubble land of naked oats, the vibration is weak when working velocity is 4km/h for the no tillage planter.关键词
