摘要
Abstract
Hyperspectral imaging is a new technology which combines the main advantages of both spectroscopy and ima-ging technology, can get the spatial distribution and the physical and chemical properties at the same time, is the devel-opment trend of nondestructive detection of fruits.This paper mainly introduces the principle and device of hyperspectral imaging system, the methods of image collecting and analyzing, the applications of detection of fruits quality and safety by means of hyperspectral imaging, and discussed the limitation at present stage and future development prospects.关键词
