摘要

Abstract

Taking 2 BYFGJ-4 band straw returning rotary tillage fertilizing and maize planter frame as the main optimiza-tion object, the author used the finite element analysis software ANSYS to perform static analysis and modal analysis on the frame, and discovered the weak spots.The author proposed optimization solutions of the frame according to the first few modal frequencies and vibration mode.Taking the modal frequency as indicator the author compared the optimization solutions.As the result, the frame after optimization has better modal performance, which can provide an important sup-port for the next prototype.
