气吸式免耕播种机种箱振动特性的研究-基于 MatLab
Studies on Air-suction MatLab Tillage Planter Seed Boxes-Based on the Vibration Characteristics

Abstract
In this paper, using the vibration signal acquisition system PULSE software, the acceleration sensor mounted near the kinds of boxes, the vibration signal acquisition card through a six-channel,and finally emitted by wireless bridge-the received signal, transmits a signal to the computer.Using MatLab software,the collected signal analysis and pro-cessing, collection amplitude maps obtained for each channel, select the number of frequency amplitude graph -ampli-tude coordinate values MatLab data fitting.The results show that by spectrum analysis shows that the main air-suction till-age seeder for low frequency vibration, with different operating speeds, the peak spectrum is different, the greater the speed, the higher the peak and a peak of more points;through data fitting shows that fit the smooth lines, show me where the vibration of the kinds of seed, the better.关键词
