葡萄园喷雾机风机蜗壳结构改进与性能试验
Structure Improving and Performance Experimenting of Sprayer Fan for Vineyard Orchard
摘要
Abstract
Centrifugal fan was used for vineyard orchard sprayer machine to scatter and transport droplet again , but the wind speed of centrifugal fan was instable in different concentric circles ,thus the power of fan could not be used availa-bly.In this paper ,cross flow fan was chosen with constant power ,but the fan was not satisfied with the air volume of displacement principle ,to obtain this target ,the fan structure was changed .As the structure variables ofβ,d,α,L ,the aim was wind speed which to air outlet 150mm ,the experiment was conducted ,and theβ, d were analyzed numerically. From the experiment and numerical analysis , the wind speed was improved 61.5%, αcould affect the wind speed serious,L could affect the wind speed lightly ,βand d could affect the wind speed little,the result could offer the theoretical basis for the structure improving of fan .关键词
