粗饲料的力学特性对螺旋输送功耗的影响研究
Experimental Study on the Effect of Mechanical Properties of Coarse Fodder on Conveying Power Consumption
摘要
Abstract
The sliding friction angle of rubbed straw in different moisture contents were tested and analyzed with appara -tus of incline plane and the angle of repose were tested by inclination methods .Based on the direct shear test , the me-chanical properties of rubbed maize straw in different moisture contents , such as internal friction angle , cohesion and flow function value were studied .And the changing rule of the mechanical properties of coarse fodder with the moisture con-tents was studied .At the same time the effect of the mechanical properties on the conveying power consumption was stud -ied .The experimental results prove that the conveying power consumption of screw conveyor was affected by the mechani-cal properties of straw materials which are the sliding friction angle and internal friction angle .关键词
